Do you accept assignment?  Which insurance companies are contracted with CPNA?

We participate in many managed care plans, as well as accept assignment for Medicare. While you are ultimately responsible for the payment of all charges for the services you receive, we will assist you in any way that we can. In covered hospital or specialized office procedures, we will generally file insurance for you. Here is a listing of the plans in which we participate.

Patients are responsible for obtaining a referral from their current Primary Care Physician (PCP) and insurance carrier PRIOR to being seen by our physicians or any testing is conducted by our practice.

Patients should present a copy of your insurance card at the time of your visit to our practice.

Patients should also alert us if your insurance requires that your lab work be sent to a reference laboratory.
